Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor who excels in customer service and communication. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, guiding them professionally through the maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify and confirm service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and completion times, obtaining customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in cost or timing to customers promptly.
• Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone one day prior to scheduled visits.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to verify all services and repairs were completed properly.
• Comply with state and federal regulations regarding automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Demonstrate company values during all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Hammond, Louisiana. Specific hours will be communicated upon hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the state of employment.
• Positive attitude and energetic personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
